Payment and Packages
We at Beepit want you to have a hassle-free booking experience, that's why we share the following information so you won't have any problem upon payment, or during your rental car.
Payment methods are debit cards, charge cards, prepaid cards, digital wallets, phone and mobile payments, cash payments.
We accept accept payments with credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover.
Can I pay with a credit card?
We accept all major credit cards, but full rental charges must be available as pre-authority at the time of rental since a hold will be placed on your card for this amount. It is highly advisable to use a credit card under the renter's name.
If you wish to pay for the hire car, but intend on someone else driving it, you can rent the vehicle in your name and add them as an additional driver. However, the individual must meet all age and license requirements. They will also need to present their license at the car rental counter with the primary renter.
Can I rent with a debit card?
We accept debit cards. The card should not be prepaid and should have a Visa or Mastercard logo.
Can I pay with cash?
We accept cash for payment but always keep in mind that a credit or debit card where full rental charges must be available as pre-authority at the time of rental since a hold will be placed on your card for the excess amount. Optional packages though offer the choice of not using a credit card at all.
Can I pay for the car hire for another individual? But I won't be available at the time of pick up.
No, the renter must be present to sign the Rental Agreement and provide his/her credit card when collecting the car. For more information, you can check here.
What is the insurance excess?
Insurance Excess is the maximum amount the client can be held responsible for in case of an accident. Its height depends on the vehicle category, and the amount can be checked during the reservation process.
How can I decrease the excess amount?
You can decrease it by choosing an additional insurance package, and per the package selected the excess amount is either lowered or completely removed.

What is Beepit comfort package?
Our Comfort package comes as a standard for Beepit customers.
Covers up to the excess amount the liability of any possible damages to the vehicle or theft, providing at the same time personal accident insurance (PAI) and free mileage.
What is Beepit premium package?
Premium package is an additional package that includes the comfort package benefits plus reduced excess liability and additional driver for free.
Without charging a deposit to your card.
What is Beepit Super-premium package?
Our Super-premium package is a rule changer.
A stress-free experience for our super-premium customers. Includes any cover product available in the rental car market insuring any possible damage of the vehicle body, tires, glasses, and underside. No-Risk, No Excess, and without charging a deposit to your card. Any possible damages will be covered.
