At vehicle pick up you need to have a valid credit or debit card, identity card or passport and a valid driving license.
Driving licenses that are not in Latin script, for example, Chinese, Japanese or Cyrillic script, need to be accompanied by an international driving license.
If you have informed our Customer Support, your vehicle will still be available until your arrival. Otherwise, the vehicle will be held for up to 1 hour.
The pickup and drop-off location, as well as the model of the vehicle, can be changed up to 48 hours before pick up. The pickup time can be changed up to 12 hours before pick up, and delivery services can be requested up to 48 hours before pick up.

The reservation name must match the name on the credit or debit card, as only the cardholder can sign the contract in their name and pick up the vehicle.
You can cancel your reservation via contacting our Customer support center, 48 hours before vehicle pick up free of charge.
With additional insurance packages, you can waive your personal responsibility in case of vehicle damage. The insurance excess varies depending on the vehicle category, selected package, and the rental duration. You can check the price of these additional packages during the reservation process.
