Yes. At Beepit, you can rent and drive a vehicle if you are between 21 and 75 years old. Drivers aged 21 to 24 and over 72 will incur an additional fee.

No, you don’t need to provide your license details when reserving online. However, a valid driver’s license is required at pick-up.

• Non-EU citizens must present an international driving license.

• Citizens from countries participating in the Vienna Convention on Road Traffic may be eligible to drive in Greece with a national license. Please contact our Beepit reservations team for confirmation.

You can use a card in another name upon reserving a vehicle, however, you should keep in mind that once you arrive at the rental desk, the person signing the contract must be the cardholder of a valid credit or debit card. This card will be used for the security deposit and payment purposes.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific model, only the selected car category. The actual vehicle provided will fall within the chosen category, but the model may vary based on availability.

Our vehicles can be rented for a few hours based on your needs, but please note that the minimum charge is always for 48 hours. Both pick-up and drop-off times must be selected during the reservation process.

The maximum rental period is 30 days. If you require a longer rental period, please contact our Customer Support team to make the necessary arrangements.

Our regular offer does not have a mileage limit. However, in the case of special offers, any mileage limits will be clearly stated.

During the reservation process, you will need to specify the exact pick-up time. However, you can modify the pick-up time up to 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up.

Note: In case of late arrivals without prior information, we reserve the right not to release the vehicle.

Pick up and drop off outside the normal business hours is possible, however, an extra fee will be charged. This fee will be clearly stated during the reservation process.

In order to offer our clients even greater flexibility, we have made this possible by creating custom offers based on the drop-off location. This allows you to tailor the rental experience to your specific needs and preferences.

This service is exceptional and it needs to be agreed upon 48 hours before vehicle pick-up. This service is charged according to our additional services price list.

Ferry travel is prohibited unless prior written authorization is obtained from Beepit. If permission is granted, an additional fee of 60 EUR will apply. Failure to comply with this policy will result in additional charges.

Travel outside of Greek borders is strictly forbidden and additional charges will oncur in the event of violation.

You can choose additional packages and services when making a reservation or when picking up the vehicle at the rental desk.

Our company offers additional insurance packages, that waive your personal responsibility in the event of vehicle damage. The insurance cost varies based on the vehicle category, the selected package, and the rental duration. You can view the cost of these additional packages during the reservation process.

Insurance Excess is the maximum amount the client can be held responsible for in case of an accident. The amount depends on the vehicle category.

Super Premium can be purchased if the customer wishes to fully waive their liability in the event of damage to the vehicle's bodywork. You can choose that upon making a reservation or upon arriving at the rental desk.

To ensure the desired equipment is available when you pick up the vehicle, we recommend reserving it during the booking process. However, depending on availability, you can also request it at our offices.
